Visitation Catholic School, a ministry of Visitation Parish, strives for academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment as it provides quality spiritual, moral and social development for young people in the community we serve. We cultivate and share Catholic values, knowledge and culture with a spirit of mutual respect, responsibility and love.
Visitation Catholic School commits itself to the education of the whole child. We strive to help students recognize their potential as life-long learners and productive members of society. Application Details
Although many schools have application deadlines, most continue to accept applications for available seats on an ongoing basis.
How to Apply
Among its many ministries, Visitation Parish provides a Catholic education to the children of established parishioners who are registered members of Visitation Parish, active in the practice of their faith, and who have maintained a tithe commitment to the parish for a period of at least 12 months. For those parishioners who have been registered and active for a period of less than 12 months, tuition will be required for the first school year. Admission of these families to the school will depend on availability of space. When all else is equal, priority will be given to the established parishioner who resides within the parish boundaries.
Enrollment Requirements
- Completed application
- Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Record or Religious Exemption Statement
- Most recent report card/transcript (not required for kindergarten applicants)
Public schools also require:
- Proof of Address (also called “Proof of Residency”)
- Parent or guardian photo ID
Please note that private schools are not required to participate in these exams.
We have been so blessed to be a part of Visitation for 16 years as both members of the parish and now school. The close knit community and way the families truly care for each other has made a lasting impact. We are so grateful that the school has supported the emotional and academic needs of our 3 kids while also continuing to focus on their faith and character development. We feel so fortunate to be a part of the strong Visitation community.
