At Show Me KC Schools and SchoolApp, we are committed to ensuring families have a meaningful seat at the table. As a Kansas City-based nonprofit, our mission is to equip families with the information they need to make informed education decisions while reducing barriers to access and strengthening trust in our local education ecosystem.
To advance this work, we developed Micro Surveys — a rapid, high-impact way to center parent voices in program and system design.
We start with a single, essential question: What do you need to learn from families? From there, we design a brief, parent-friendly survey (12 questions or fewer) that can be completed in under three minutes.
