Barstow, Early Childhood Program

Since 1884, the school's mission remains "to promote sound scholarship and to provide symmetrical development to mind, body and character." With a strong emphasis on creativity, play and child-led learning, The Barstow School's early childhood program instills confidence, joy and a lifelong passion for learning. Our small class sizes and low teacher:student ratios create a safe and nurturing atmosphere where children learn and grow to achieve their fullest potential as young learners and are fully prepared for the rigor of our lower school program.
