| Transition Zone (TZone) was established in 2021 to provide a safe, caring, and equitable space for underserved and marginalized youth ages 10-18, and their families. Through our programs we equip young people, families, and adults with the tools they need to succeed. Our mission is to empower them to thrive in their life’s purpose. |
